On the whole I haven’t really been bothering all that much with “ron” from Spanish-speaking countries. This is partly due to the fact they just don’t interest me but mostly because you never quite know what nonsense they have added to their “ron”.

ABOUT Brazil Artisanal Cachaca Gold. The Engenho Buriti Distillery in Papagaios, Minas Gerais began production in 2010. They produce cachaca under the brand names such as of Famosinha de Minas, Santuario de Minas, Dona Branca, and Buriti.
Ron Mulata de Cuba Anejo 7 Anos. Every Christmas discount supermarket Aldi get some “premum” rum in. In the past we have seen El Dorado 8 Year Old and their 15 Year Old, The Kraken and this year we got Pink Pigeon Spiced Rum from Mauritius and Ron Mulata de Cuba Anejo 7 Anos.
Ron Cartavio Anejo. I picked this bottling from Peruvian rum producer Cartavio up in Mallorca. Hence the more “exotic” looking photo. This photo was definitely not taken in sunny Sunderland!
