Foursquare Convocation

Foursquare Convocation Rum Review by the fat rum pirateFoursquare Convocation. If like myself you have a fairly limited lexicon with regards to Latin and words derived from it you’ll have no idea what a Convocation might be. It might not even come from Latin for all I know.

It does actually (maybe I’m not so thick after all) according to the gospel which is Wikipedia Read more to see the fatrumpirate rating

Foursquare Equidem

Foursquare Equidem Rum review by the fat rum pirateFoursquare Equidem. Today we have a review of the 27th release in the Foursquare Exceptional Cask Series. The series shows no signs of abating and with a number of Exclusive Cask releases with various retailers and Rum Clubs, it really is becoming nigh on impossible to review EVERY Foursquare release. Mount Gay Eclipse Heritage Blend Barbados Rum

Mount Gay Eclipse Heritage Blend Barbados Rum review by the fat rum pirateMount Gay Eclipse Heritage Blend Barbados Rum. This was one of the “first batch” of reviews that I published on this site back in March 2014, with an update to the review in 2015. Which might have involved the then new style bottle.

Foursquare Rum Distillery Elysium

Foursquare Rum Distillery Elysium rum review by the fat rum pirateFoursquare Rum Distillery Elysium. Hurrah! For this release Foursquare are using their older label template which includes “Rum Distillery”. Despite the appearance this release is not the latest in the Exceptional Cask Series (ECS). It is in fact a Private Cask Selection release from The Whisky Exchange. Read more to see the fatrumpirate rating

Foursquare Indelible

Foursquare Indelible Rum Review by the fat rum pirateFoursquare Indelible. I’m just about over the fact Foursquare are not going to return to the “Foursquare Rum Distillery” moniker on their bottles. It saddens me a little. I kind of liked “ye days of olde”, when the bottles looked a bit more home made, a bit less uniform and of course lot less expensive…….
