Appleton Estate 8 Reserve

Appleton Estate 8 Reserve Rum Review by the fat rum pirateAppleton Estate 8 Reserve. Whenever a new bottle design is revealed in the rum world, it’s immediately met with suspicion of price increases and changes to the liquid. Downgrading of the liquid of course no rum gets better in time you must understand!

For once the conspiracists are right – well they are about the slight price increase and the change in the liquid. The blend in this is different to its predecessor. Rum Exchange Jamaica St Catherine 5 Year Old Ruby Port Finish rum review by the fat rum pirateRum Exchange Jamaica St Catherine 5 Year Old Ruby Port Finish. This is the second of the two Jamaican rums which have recently been release by Austrian Independent bottler The Rum Exchange. As well as an online store, The Rum Exchange also have a Facebook page for all things rum.

I reviewed and thoroughly enjoyed their first Jamaican release from Hampden Estate so I am looking forward to trying this offering. A producer which I have been championing for some time now. Read more to see the fatrumpirate rating
