Inner Circle Traditional Pot Still Rum

Inner Circle Red Dot Rum review by the fat rum pirate“Red Dot” Rum is the entry-level offering from Inner Circle, who are probably Australia’s second most famous rum producers.  I cannot even bring myself to name the first….With this previous experience in Australian rum I am trying to approach this with an open mind.  However, I will confess this is proving slightly difficult. Santa Teresa 1796 rum review by the fat rum pirateI’m sure anyone with a decent appreciation of rum will be able to guess why this Santa Teresa 1796 is named so.  Yes, got it in one this was the year the distillery first went into production.

Cruzan Single Barrel Estate Rum

Cruzan Single Barrel Estate RumCruzan are a very popular bottler of low to medium price rum in the USA.  Sales of Cruzan in the US are high and you will frequently see articles relating to Cruzan’s Diamond and Blackstrap rums.  These rums are used mainly in the mixology and are popular with bartenders.
