Rum Exchange Belize 2009. For those unfamiliar with Rum Exchange, they were responsible for bottling two Jamaican 5 year old rums last year. They return this year with a Single Cask offering from Travellers Distillery, Belize. They have also just released a Guyana rum, with a Single Cask offering from Barbados due later in the year. That Boutique-y Rum Company Travellers Distillery Belize 10 Year Old. I haven’t covered an awful lot of rums from the Travellers Distillery, Belize. Tiburon Rum is the latest release from Traveller’s Liquors of Belize. Rum from Traveller’s Liquors is not readily available in the UK. I have previously tried only one of Traveller’s offerings One Barrel Rum. Which despite favourable reviews from other sites and a few “awards” was not appraised to well by myself.
