Watt Rum Belize Rum Distilled at Travellers Distillery Aged 13 Years. One of my earliest disappointments in the rum world hailed from Belize. At the time paying over £30 for a bottle of rum was quite a big deal for me. I’m still not 100% sure why I opted for the bottle of One Barrel Rum.

Rum Exchange Belize 2009. For those unfamiliar with Rum Exchange, they were responsible for bottling two Jamaican 5 year old rums last year. They return this year with a Single Cask offering from Travellers Distillery, Belize. They have also just released a Guyana rum, with a Single Cask offering from Barbados due later in the year.
FAIR Spirits are the first line of socially responsible spirits, so the tagline on their website goes.
This 10 year old rum hails from Belize a Central American country which shares it eastern shoreline with the Caribbean sea. I have reviewed a couple of rums previously from Belize. One bottled directly by their largest rum operation Travellers and one which was produced for a third party – much like this FAIR rum.
Tiburon Rum is the latest release from Traveller’s Liquors of Belize. Rum from Traveller’s Liquors is not readily available in the UK. I have previously tried only one of Traveller’s offerings One Barrel Rum. Which despite favourable reviews from other sites and a few “awards” was not appraised to well by myself.
