Bristol Classic Rum Foursquare 2004-2016. Another rum from the Foursquare Distillery, Barbados. This is the first Independent bottling I have reviewed for a while. Mainly due to the distillery themselves, being so prolific recently. With so many unique and interesting rums coming from the distilleries own cannon, I haven’t felt the need to review or purchase much from independent bottlers of late.

Foursquare Rum Distillery 2005. Foursquare 2005 Completes my trio of reviews for this years “Exceptional Cask Series”. This is despite the fact the 2005 is actually the lowest numbered of this years release. Had the releases been released in order then I might have reviewed them in such a way. Foursquare Rum Distilery Principia. Finding things to say about Foursquare Distillery and Richard Seale are becoming increasingly difficult. I’m not sure how many Foursquare releases I have reviewed over the past 3 or so years. It must be over 20 easily by now.

That all changed in 2015 when Richard Seale revived the Exceptional Cask Series and began working more closely with Velier’s Luca Gargano. Read more to see the fatrumpirate rating
Rum Sixty Six a rum from the Foursquare Distillery on Barbados has recently seen some additions to its range. Previously, the only rum in the Rum Sixty Six portfolio was a tropically aged 12 Year Old. A blend of Pot and Column distillate aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
Rum Sixty Six have added two more rums to the line up alongside an updated version of the original. Read more to see the fatrumpirate rating
Foursquare Rum Distillery Triptych. Another collaboration between Velier and Foursquare. Definitely not an independent bottling. Don’t let Richard hear you saying otherwise!
Released in the guise of a “regular” Velier bottling rather than the Habitation Velier label, this is a follow up if you like to last years Foursquare 2006. Read more to see the fatrumpirate rating
