Foursquare Rum Distillery Destino Velier 70th Anniversay Release. This was released in 2017 as part of the Velier “Drop by Drop” anniversary series. At the time of release this was limited to just 500 bottles.
We are currently awaiting the “general” release of Foursquare Rum Distillery Destino. The Warren Khong artwork used in these 500 bottles was exclusive to the Velier release. Habitation Velier Foursquare 2015 White Pure Single Rum. This is quite a rare rum and difficult to come by. I was fortunate enough to be gifted a sample from Steve at Rum Diaries Blog, who even more fortunate to gifted a partially drank bottle at London Rumfest a couple of years ago. S.B.S – Single Barrel Selection Barbados 2008 Marsala Cask. Single Barrel Selection is part of the 1423 groups output. Formed in 2008 1423 are based in Denmark and are headed up by co-owners Thomas Vogensen, Parminder S Bhatia and Joshua Singh.
1423 seek out single casks of rum and also bottle blends of rum in their Companera range. Their range has recently become more prominent in the UK thanks to Skylark Spirits who are importing the 1423 rums into the UK. Bristol Classic Rum Foursquare 2004-2016. Another rum from the Foursquare Distillery, Barbados. This is the first Independent bottling I have reviewed for a while. Mainly due to the distillery themselves, being so prolific recently. With so many unique and interesting rums coming from the distilleries own cannon, I haven’t felt the need to review or purchase much from independent bottlers of late. The Real McCoy Aged 12 Years Limited Edition. Yet another rum up for review from the prolific Foursquare Rum Distillery, Barbados. Doorly’s Aged 3 Years Fine Old Barbados Rum. The Doorly’s line up should need no introduction to most of you. I’ve reviewed all of their line up that I have been able to get my hands on. I’ve failed thus far to get the Sweden(?) only 6-year-old.
